Given data:

Total distance = 90 km = 90000 metres
Total time = 1 hour = 3600 seconds
Time spent travelling at 15.2 m/s = 25 minutes = 1500 seconds
Speed during first 25 minutes = 15.2 m/s

Concept to be used:

Distance = Speed × Time

Solution:

Distance covered in first 25 minutes = Speed × Time

⇒ 15.2 m/s × 1500 s = 22800 metres

Remaining distance to be covered = Total distance - Distance covered in first 25 min

⇒ 90000 m - 22800 m = 67200 metres

Remaining time = Total time - Time spent in first 25 min

⇒ 3600 s - 1500 s = 2100 seconds

Speed during remaining time = Remaining distance / Remaining time

⇒ 67200 m / 2100 s = 32 m/s

Therefore, Jehangir should travel at a speed of 32 m/s for the remaining time to reach his destination on time.
