First 10 prime numbers = 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29

Formula used:

Average = (Sum of all terms) / (Number of terms)

Calculations:

Sum of first 10 prime numbers = 2 + 3 + 5 + 7 + 11 + 13 + 17 + 19 + 23 + 29

⇒ Sum = 129

Number of terms = 10

⇒ Average = 129 / 10

⇒ Average = 12.9
