I. All artists are rich → Follow → Since 'All artists are smart..' & 'All smarts are rich.' we can say that All artists are rich and the same can be seen in the Venn diagram so the conclusion follows

II. Some clowns are smart → Follow → Since 'Some clowns are artists.' & 'All artists are smart.' we can say that Some clowns are smart and the same can be seen in the Venn diagram so the conclusion follows

III. All clowns are artists → Does not follow → From the given statements 'Some clowns are artists' which means Clown is subset of Artists, therefore All clowns are artists is a possibility not necessity so the conclusion does not follow.

Hence, Both conclusions I and II follow.
