Answer (Detailed Solution Below)
Detailed Solution
Download Solution PDFGiven :-
An electric vehicle company produces three different car models: A, B and C.
Concept Use :-
Average = (Sum of all the quantity) / (Total number of quantity)
Calculation :-
⇒Total production of Model A in 2019, 2021 and 2022 = 500000 + 550000 + 450000 = 1500000
⇒ Average production of Model A in 2019, 2021 and 2022 = 1500000/3 = 500000
Now,
⇒ Total production of Model B in 2020, 2021 and 2022 = 600000 + 500000 + 550000 = 1650000
⇒Average production of Model B in 2020, 2021 and 2022 = 1650000/3 = 550000
Now,
⇒ The difference between the average production of Model A and Model B = 550000 - 500000 = 50,000 Cars
