Conclusions:

I. Some cars are cycles → Follow → Because, 'some cars are trucks' and 'all trucks are cycles' which means there are some cars that are cycles.

II. Some cycles are trucks → Follow → Because, 'all trucks are cycles' which means some cycles are definitely trucks.

III. Some bikes are trucks → Does not follow → There is no definite relation given between bikes and trucks so, it can be possible only.

So, only conclusions I and II follows.

Hence, the correct answer is Option 3.
