Given: Seven people, A, B, C, D, E, F and G are sitting in a row, facing north.

1) Only two people sit to the right of D.

2) Only two people sit between D and E.

3) B sits to the immediate left of D.

4) Only two people sit between G and B.

5) C sits to the immediate right of F.

After positioning all only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e. A.

Thus, according to the final arrangement one person sit between A and D.

Hence, "Option 2" is the correct answer.
