The logic followed here is:

3 march 2020 was Tuesday

First of all we will check is 2020 is a leap year 2020/4

so, 2020 is a leap year therefore February has 29 days.

Now, we will check days between 4 Feb 2020 - 3 march 2020

i.e. 26 + 3 odd days

= 29/7( because week has 7 days )

remainder is 1 by dividing it

so we will -1 in Tuesday i.e. Monday

therefore 3 Feb 2020 is Monday

but, we have to find 3 Feb 2019

then we will do -1 in Monday

so, on 3 February 2019 is Sunday

Hence, Sunday is the correct answer.
