Training is a technique frequently used in organizations to build a person's skills, knowledge, and attitude in order to meet a standard set by that particular industry or organization.	Teaching is a process of educating a person with theoretical concepts, practical hands-on experience. The transaction of knowledge takes place between student and teacher.
Promotion of organized ideas set by the industry as a result of the disciplined drill or memorization by following the fixed rules of standard.	Sharing and caring leading to a critical evaluation, diagnostic teaching, and creative reflection of student's knowledge.
Establishing standards of beliefs and values leading to a change in attitude according to the need of that particular association.	Learners create self believes and values with real-life situations.
Associating previous ideas without creating something more scientific but classifying similar and dissimilar ideas.	Creating ideas, exploring ideas, and applying and dividing them into real actions.
