Given:

The position of Nanda from the left is 8.

The position of Chanda from the right is 19.

After changing the positions Chanda should become 23rd from the right end.

Formula used:

Total number of person = Position of the person from the left end + Position of the same person from the right end - 1

Position of the person from the left end = 8

Position of the same person from the right end = 23
