Given:

The total marks of the test = 30

Calculation:

The two-third of the total marks = 30 × (2/3) = 20

The number of students who scored less than 20 = 2 + 8 + 7 + 8 = 25

∴ The total number of 25 students has scored less than two-thirds of the total marks.
