P, Q and R together can do a piece of work in 16(4/11) days.

(1/P) + (1/Q) + (1/R) = (11/180) ----(1)

P and Q together can do the same work in 20 days.

(1/P) + (1/Q) = (1/20)----(2)

solving equation 1 and 2 we get

R = 90 days

Number of  days taken by 'R' to finish the 60% of the work

Number of Days = 90 days * 60/100 = 54 days

So, R would take 54 days to complete 60% of the work.
