\(\Rightarrow \rm Profit \ Percentage =\dfrac{\text{Profit}\times100}{\text{CP}}\)

Explanation:-

The shopkeeper sells 750 gm instead of 1 kg. Since, there are 1000 gas in 1 kg. So, his profit,

⇒ Profit = 1000 - 750

⇒ Profit = 250 gms

Also, his cost price is 750 gms.

So, the profit percentage,

\(\Rightarrow \dfrac{250\times100}{750}=33.33\%\)

So, his gain in percentage is 33.33%.

Hence, the correct option is 4.
