The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Committee, established with the consent of the Odisha state government in 2013, conducts the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) for admissions to various professional courses in government and privately-owned colleges in Odisha state. Based on the candidates’ performance in the OJEE 2025 examination, a merit list will be prepared and candidates will be able to choose their desired colleges based on that list. The candidates will be able to choose only the participating colleges as listed in the OJEE College List 2025 on the official site.
- Candidates need to appear in and qualify the written test to get admissions in the first year B. Tech, B. Arch, B. Plan, Integrated M.Sc. and B.CAT (Cinematography and Sound Recording & Design) courses through OJEE 2025. Also know about OJEE results here
- Candidates need to appear in and qualify the OJEE 2025 Computer Based Test (CBT) for admissions to first-year degree courses of B. Pharm, B. CAT (Film Editing) and Integrated MBA (5 Years), lateral Admission to Second Year (Third Semester) of B. Tech. / B. Pharm and First Year Masters Degree Courses in MCA, MBA, M. Tech, M Pharm, M Arch, M Plan, M Tech (part-time).
- There are 89 Colleges Under OJEE for B. Tech, 2 Colleges Under OJEE for B. Arch, 86 Colleges Under OJEE for MBA, 44 Colleges Under OJEE for MCA, and 29 Colleges Under OJEE for Pharmacy.

What Before and After the OJEE 2025 Entrance Examination?
Admissions into the OJEE participating colleges are based on the OJEE 2025 online computer-based test. The candidates need to fill in the application forms for the respective course exams available on the Official Website of OJEE. The application forms are labelled as A, B, C, D, E, F, and G according to the different undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs.
After the completion of the exam, a merit list for all the courses will be prepared by the OJEE committee. The result for each candidate will include his merit rank and overall scores. Based on this list, the candidates can apply for counselling to various degree programs in colleges located in Odisha state.

OJEE College List 2025 FAQs
What is the eligibility for a candidate to be allowed in OJEE 2025 counselling?
The candidate or the candidate’s parents should be natives of Odisha. The candidate should be at least 17 years old, with an aggregate of 50% in class 12th, or graduate from a state-recognized university, whichever is applicable.
Do all the OJEE participating institutes follow the same cut-off marks criteria?
No, different universities will allot different cut-off marks for admissions into different courses.
Do I need to give any technical examination under OJEE if I already have a JEE Main score?
Admissions to first-year undergraduate degree programs are done via the JEE main score. The special OJEE exam is only held for lateral entry to engineering courses.
Is there any fee applicable to appear in OJEE 2025 counselling?
Yes. Candidates need to pay a non-refundable fee of INR 450 to appear in the OJEE 2022 counselling process.
Can I give the special OJEE exam for admission into an engineering course if I do not have a valid JEE Main score?
Yes. However, the special OJEE exam will be conducted only in the case of seat vacancy after completion of counselling through JEE main examination score.
