The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has released the schedule for the PET, PMT, and Document Verification (DV) stages of the RPF Sub-Inspector Recruitment 2024. Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the CBT can check the RPF SI PET PMT DV schedule 2025 on the official RRB website. The tests will be held from 22nd June to 2nd July 2025 at Jagjivan Ram RPF Academy, Lucknow, with reporting time set at 04:00 AM.

The final schedule will be announced shortly, and shortlisted candidates will be informed via SMS and email. The RPF SI e-call letter 2025 will be available online two weeks before the PET/PMT/DV date, and candidates must follow the instructions mentioned in it. Aspirants are advised to read the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. RPF 01/2024 (SI) carefully before appearing for the next stage.

RPF SI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

As per the official RPF SI Notification, the selection process for the Sub Inspector post includes the following stages. Candidates need to pass each stage in order to get selected in the RPF SI Recruitment 2025. 

Stage 1 – Computer Based Test (CBT)

The first stage of the RPF SI Selection Process is the Computer Based Test (CBT). The CBT will have questions on subjects including General Awareness, Arithmetic, and General Intelligence & Reasoning. This exam will be conducted for a total of 120 marks. Candidates must score above the qualifying marks to proceed to the next stage. 

Stage 2 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

After qualifying in the CBT, candidates move on to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT). The PET assesses a candidate's physical fitness through activities like running, high jump, and long jump, while the PMT ensures that candidates meet the required height, chest (for males), and weight standards. Both tests are crucial in determining whether candidates are physically capable of performing the demanding duties of a Sub Inspector in the RPF.

Stage 3 – Document Verification

The final stage in the RPF SI Selection Process is Document Verification. In this stage, candidates who have cleared the CBT and passed the PET & PMT are required to present their original documents, such as educational certificates, identity proof, and other relevant documents. The purpose of this stage is to verify the authenticity of the candidates' claims made during the application process. Successful verification of documents is mandatory for the final selection as a Sub Inspector in the RPF.

RPF SI 2025 Eligibility Criteria
