Given:

B + J = 80, B + K = 56, K = \(\frac{J}{2}\)

Calculation:

According to the question,

B + K = 56

⇒ B + \(\frac{J}{2}\) = 56

⇒ 2B + J = 112     -----(1)

Again, according to the question,

⇒ B + J = 80        -----(2)

Solving the above equations,

⇒ B = 32 years

Putting B = 32 in Equation(2)

⇒ J = 48 years

⇒ K = \(\frac{J}{2}\) = 24 years

The sum of ages of B, J, and K after 6 years

⇒ (B + J + K) + 18 = (32 + 48 + 24) + 18 = 122 years

∴ The sum of the ages of B, J, and K after 6 six years will be 122 years.
