Exam Pattern of CSIR NET Exam
The CSIR NET question paper comprises 3 sections- Part A, B, and C. Part A has questions from General Aptitude to evaluate applicants' capacity for teaching and research, reasoning, comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness.

CSIR NET Syllabus for Part A
All five subjects have the same CSIR NET Part A syllabus. General science, quantitative reasoning, and analysis and research aptitude are all covered in Part A's questions. Candidates are expected to respond to any 15 of the 20 multiple-choice questions in Part A. There are two marks for each question. Out of the 200 possible points, 30 are allotted to Part A.
