Question:  Should luxury hotels be banned in our country?

Arguments:

I. No. wealthy foreign tourists will have no place to stay → It is a valid argument as most of the affluent tourists stay in luxury hotels when they visit our country. If these hotels are banned then most tourists will refrain from visiting here which will be a great loss.

II. Yes, this is the place from which international criminals do their work → It is not a valid argument as there is no proof of this. Usually, criminals stay low profile and don't stay in such luxury hotels.

Hence, "only argument I is strong".
