  • An address book or a name and address book (NAB) is a book or a database utilized for putting away sections called contacts. Each contact section, for the most part, comprises a couple of standard fields (for instance: first name, last name, organization name, address, phone number, email address, fax number, cell phone number).
  • Address box: The address box is a pane in the browser window of Internet Explorer that holds the current document's URL. You can type a URL in this box and press Enter to access a Web page. See also the location field.
  • Message box: A message box is a special type of Visual Basic window in which you can display a message to the user. You can display a message, an optional icon, a title bar caption, and command buttons in a message box.
  • Message book: A message book is a book that contains messages. It doesn't provide a scope to modify or change the messages.
  • Hence, an address book is a convenient place to store contact information for quick retrieval in an e-mail.
