- லால் பகதூர் சாஸ்திரி 1904 அக்டோபர் 2 ஆம் தேதி உத்தரபிரதேசத்தின் முகல்சாரையில் பிறந்தார்.
- 1926 ஆம் ஆண்டில் 'சாஸ்திரி' என்ற பட்டத்தைப் பெற்றார்.
- 1930 இல் சட்டமறுப்பு இயக்கத்தில் பங்கேற்றார்.
- ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கத்தின் போது அவர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார், ஆனால் அவரது இளம் வயது காரணமாக விடுவிக்கப்பட்டார்.
