K, L, M and N are sitting in a straight line and are facing North.
O, P, Q and R are sitting on a parallel line and are facing South.
Each of the persons sitting in a line, faces another person sitting in the parallel line.
M faces a person who has two people sitting to his right. M is facing North.

Hence, R is the correct answer.
