i. B is facing D and is sitting to the right of E.

ii. F, who is neighbour of D, is facing G.

From the above statements the sitting arrangement is as given below:

iii. There are two persons between C and H, and H is not facing E.

From this statement, there are 3 cases possible:

Now, one place is remaining, and "A" is remaining to sit. so A will sit on that place.
So, the final sitting arrangement of 8 friends is as given below:

Now, the question says there is only person between C and E. So, cases 1 and 3 are eliminated.
In figure (2), when counted from the right of E, we can see that there is only one person between E and C.

As we can see from the figure (2), "B" is sitting between E and C.

Hence, the correct answer is "B".
