1) Only two people sit between E and F when counted from the left of F.

2) C sits second to the left of E.

3) C sits to the immediate right of K.

4) G sits third to the left of K.

5) B is not an immediate neighbour of G.

After positioning B and G only one position is left which will be occupied by the only person left i.e. D.

Thus, according to the final arrangement, D sits third to the right of B.

Hence, "Option 1" is the correct answer.
