Lingkan Reang
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) and sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Grease a round pan, melt jaggery, butter, and water, and pour into the pan.
Top with pineapple slices and fill gaps with cherries.
Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy, then add egg and beat again.
Mix in flour, milk, and remaining flour to form the cake batter.
Pour batter over the fruit, bake for 40-45 minutes, then invert and serve.
