1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup cashews, 1 tsp baking powder.
In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and pinch of salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fold in the chopped cashews and pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
For extra indulgence, dip the donuts in melted dark chocolate after cooling. Enjoy!
