1 cup cooked & shredded chicken, 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 onion, 1 tsp garlic, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp black pepper, Salt to taste, and oil for frying.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything well.
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls using your hands.
Dip each ball in the beaten egg, then roll it in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan. Carefully drop the cheese balls into the oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Drain the excess oil on paper towel and serve hot with your favourite dip for a crispy, cheesy, flavourful bite!
