10 rice paper wrappers, 1/2 cup shredded cabbage or spinach, 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 garlic clove, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, fresh cilantro or mint (optional).
Dip each rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until well combined.
Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each rice paper, add herbs if desired, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a dumpling.
Heat a non-stick skillet with oil over medium heat and cook dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
Serve the dumplings warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
