Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, cold butter, egg, pinch of salt.
Mix ricotta, sugar, and a bit of orange zest. It’s that simple.
Melt chocolate & butter together until smooth and silky.
Gently fill each shell with the creamy ricotta mixture
Top with chocolate chips and a dusting of powdered sugar.
Serve immediately and enjoy a little piece of Sicily.
