How 26 Minutes Of Rest Energizes Day Of Japanese Man

According to the South China Morning Post, Daisuke Hori said that doing sports or drinking coffee an hour before eating can help you avoid feeling sleepy. Hori, an entrepreneur, believes that quality sleep is more important than long sleep for staying focused. He mentioned that people who need to stay focused, like doctors and firefighters, benefit more from quality sleep even if they don’t sleep for long, the media outlet reported.

Japan’s Yomiuri TV took a close look at Hori’s claims over three days on a reality show called ‘Will You Go With Me?’ The show reported that Hori once slept for only 26 minutes, then woke up feeling energetic, had breakfast, went to work, and even went to the gym. Yes, imagine that.
