The conclave will focus on idea exchange, identifying issues and opportunities, and developing actionable solutions and comprehensive capacity-building plans.

The Prime Minister has advocated for strengthening the governance process and policy implementation in the country through civil service capacity enhancement. Based on this goal, the National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – ‘Mission Karmayogi’ was launched to prepare a future-ready civil service with the necessary attitude, skills, and knowledge. According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), this Conclave is yet another step in the right way.

The Capacity Building Commission is hosting the National Training Conclave with the goal of encouraging collaboration among civil services training institutes and strengthening the training infrastructure for civil servants across the country.
