In a recent update, it has been revealed that Meta has launched a dedicated WhatsApp application for the iPad. The new application was made globally available on Wednesday via the Apple App Store. The application has been specifically designed to provide the users with a well-optimized user interface on the iPad.
With the new ipad application users would be able to make Video and Audio calls with up to 32 people, share their screen and switch between the front and the rear cameras. ipad users would now have the relief of tapping on the application for all their texting needs rather than using the browser to gain access to WhatsApp.
Easier To Keep Media in Sync
The new application would further allow users to easily keep their media in sync across different platforms. With the all-new iPad App users would be able to use the WhatsApp application with new features such as Stage Manager, Split View, and Slide Over. These features would allow the users to view multiple applications at once.
For Years, Meta refused to pinpoint the exact issue why they had not brought Meta to the iPad. Until now users were limited by the features available on WhatsApp web client. With the web client users were not able to use the front and back cameras to make full featured Video calls. WhatsApp has gained massive prominence in India over the years. The brand has been able to provide the users with seamless connectivity and a trust harbored by end to end encryption. with the new application even more users would now step up to use the application.
