New Delhi: Global technology brand Lenovo has launched its first premium 5G Android tablet with an 11-inch touchscreen in the country. The Tab P11 5G is available for Rs 34,999 for 256GB storage and Rs 29,999 for 128GB storage on lenovo.com and Amazon, the company said in a statement.

The new tablet supports 5G networks below 6 GHz, allowing users to enjoy high-speed connections even at peak times for hybrid work, learning and entertainment.
“5G services are available after inserting a 5G-enabled SIM card into the slot of the device. It allows users to enjoy real-time video calls, with hands-free login using the front-facing camera sensor and background blurring that ensures more privacy,” said Lenovo.

The tablet offers an 11-inch 2K IPS touch screen, enhanced with better image quality thanks to Dolby Vision and a surround sound revolution thanks to Dolby Atmos.
It is equipped with a Snapdragon 750G 5G Mobile Platform processor for high performance. It has a 7700mAh battery capacity for up to 12 hours of continuous video streaming, making it suitable for hybrid work.
“We expect 5G to become an accepted reality for consumers in 2023. It offers a transformational leap for India with the promise of faster, better connected and immersive experiences,” Sumati Sahgal, head of tablets and smart devices, Lenovo India, was quoted as saying by IANS.
The Tab P11’s display is also TUV Rheinland certified to provide users with eye protection. “Lenovo is investing in research and development of 5G technology to enable faster connectivity, greater capacity, ultra-low latency and improved reliability of its products,” the company added.
