New Delhi: Last year, in October 2022, Jio launched its first laptop, the Jiobook, in India, which cost less than Rs 20,000. At the same time, Jio’s second laptop is preparing to enter the Indian market. The teaser for the new JioBook Laptop has been released through Amazon.
The new JioBook laptop will be launched in India on July 31, 2023. This new laptop has been listed on Amazon, which shows that it has been specially designed for entertainment and games. This affordable laptop will be available for purchase on the official sites of Jio and Amazon.
The new JioBook laptop will offer 4G connectivity on the go. It is expected that Wi-Fi will also be supported by the device. Unlike the previous version of JioBook, the upcoming laptop will run on JioOS. With this, many apps for Jio will be available. It will be powered by an octa-core chipset.
The listing reveals that the upcoming laptop will support HD video, multitask between apps, and run advanced learning software with the SoC. Its battery will last a whole day on full charging. A webcam will also be provided on its front, using which video calls can be made. The new JioBook will weigh 990 grammes, and it is going to be at least 200 grammes lighter than its JioBook 2022 model.
