Apple is all set to launch a slew of new products and updates in September 2025. Although the brand has not revealed any of the details about the iPhone 17 series officially, a slew of leaks and details that have been circulating over the internet have revealed all the details. The 17 lineup would include 4 models – iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro and the 17 PRO Max. Apart from the new features one of the other biggest change would be Apple dropping the iPhone plus model.
While the whole series would be equipped with a broad set of new features, the spotlight has been on the iPhone 17 Air that would be the thinnest iPhone ever made. iPhone 17 Air which would be the thinnest iPhone ever.
iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air Design and Display
The Standard iPhone 17 would have the same basic design as that of the iPhone 16, but it would be equipped with a slightly larger 6.3 inch display. An overall design change would be overtly visible with the new iPhone 17 Air, which would possibly be the thinnest iPhone ever. The Phone would be equipped with a 6.6 inch screen and the ultra slim profile would further be accentuated by the new camera hub at the rear of the phone. The rear of the new iPhone would have a horizontal bar with a fresh new aesthetic.
Both the models would likely be OLED panels with 120HZ refresh rate. Over the past few years the iPhone models have caught a lot of slack for having only 60Hz refresh rate. But this time around Apple has taken care of all of these issues and equipped the phone with always on display support.
iPhone 17 Air – iPhone 17 Specifications
The new iPhone 17 Air would be equipped with a A19 chip, made using an improved 3nm process. The iPhone 17 Air is expected to offer 12Gb RAM , while the base iPhone 17 might ship with either 8GB or 12GB RAM. Beyond these, Apple may also equip the phone with a faster charging apparatus.
Beyond these the new iPhone 17 could be equipped with a new 24MP Sensor. On the rear the phone would have a 48Mp camera with a dual lens setup. 48 MP and a 12MP ultra wide. Apple is expected to launch the all new iPhones between September 11 and 13 2025. It’s Possible that the iPhone might be priced at Rs 88,900 and the thinner air model to be priced at Rs 99,000
