Rishabh Pant maintained composure during the spin phase to accumulate 63 runs from his 49-ball knock. Pant launched his innings fast by hitting two cuts together with a reverse-lap six against the short third.

Pant’s batting strike rate experienced decline from its peak height at 165 to settle at 103 through wickets taken by Noor Ahmed and Ravindra Jadeja. Against Noor Ahmed Pant scored 10 dots in his 15 balls hitting at a rate of 40 for the second-worst performer among batters who faced this bowler in the IPL with a minimum of 15 balls.

Pant’s game kicked off during the second half of his innings when he faced Matheesha Pathirana and Khaleel since he accomplished 40 runs over 39 balls. Pant finished his half-century in 42 balls through his two sixes before Pathirana ended his innings in the 20th over after he had delivered a strong performance.

The fifth bowler Ravindra Jadeja performed effectively to achieve 2 wickets out of 24 runs in his three-over stint as Mitchell Marsh (30) and Ayush Badoni (22) scored useful short innings. The boundary play cost Marsh when he attempted to pull an across-the-line delivery as Badoni successfully charged down the course of the full toss. LSG scored 45 final over runs while Abdul Samad hit a 20 in 11 balls that enabled the batting partnership with Pant during the late phase of the match. But, it still left LSG with their lowest score of IPL 2025.
