He has finally spoken out and made groundbreaking allegations on the five-time cup holders, Chennai Super Kings.

“Yes, we did it. Every franchise franchise knew about it. We told everybody not to bid for Flintoff because Srinivasan wanted him. He was being a thorn because he didn’t like IPL and thought it would fail. He started changing the umpires and putting CSK umpires on CSK games. It was an issue for me. That’s direct fixing. When I started exposing him, he went against me”, Modi said on a Raj Shamani’s youtube podcast.

Why did Modi flee out of India?

The former BCCI chairman and owner of India Cements, Srinivasan who also owns the highly followed IPL franchise, The Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has had a long scuffle with Modi, which led to the latter having to flee outside India due to legal issues. Modi also made another serious allegation, saying that Srinivasan used to change umpires for CSK games.
