- Virat Kohli: The right-handed Indian batter will certainly be the top candidate for the management to lead the franchise in the Indian Premier League 2025. Kohli has led the franchise in the previous editions and helped them reach the finals in 2016. However, after few dismal performances, Kohli stepped down from the captaincy in 2021. Now, he is once again expected to take over the reigns after Faf du Plessis was released from the team.
- Bhuvneshwar Kumar: The right-handed Indian pacer doesn’t have much captaincy experience. The latter has led SRH in few matches in the past, however, due to his experience, he becomes a prime candidate to lead the franchise. If he given the responsibility to the lead the side, it will certainly boost his confidence with the ball as well.
- Krunal Pandya: The Indian all-rounder led Lucknow Super Giants in the absence of KL Rahul in few games back in IPL 2023. The latter can bowl crucial overs with the ball and come in down the order to contribute handy runs. He is a decent candidate to lead RCB in IPL 2025.
