The India women’s national cricket team will face a new challenge from December 5 as they take on Australia in the first ODI of the three-match series at the Allan Border Field in Brisbane. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side consists of top names such as Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, Renuka Thakur and Richa Ghosh. These players can prove to be very affective for the Indian side and help them win the match. On the other hand, Shafali Verma isn’t the part of the Indian squad due to her poor form, which means Mandhana will open with a new partner during the first ODI against Australia.
