Women in Blue thrashed England in the semi-finals at their home ground Edgbaston, Birmingham and won the game by 4 runs.

After opting to bat first, Team India 164 runs on board at the loss of 3 wickets. English women failed to chase the score and lost to India.
England will now play the bronze medal match after losing to India in the semi-finals.
India opener Smriti Mandhana remained the highest scorer for the side as she played the brilliant knock of 61 runs off 32 balls.
