In match between Mumbai Indians and UP Warriorz, Harmanpreet Kaur and Sophie Ecclestone got involved in heated argument which led to the on-field umpires intervene and stop the tense exchange.
The spat between the two players started at the end of 19th over when umpire Ajitesh Argal informed Harmanpreet that because of slow over rate she can only keep three fielders outside the circle.

Kaur Penalised For Showing Dissent
“the Level 1 offence under Article 2.8, which relates to showing dissent at an umpire’s decision during a match”. as mentioned in WPL statement.
As Harmanpreet Kaur breached the WPL Code Of Conduct she has been fined 10% of her match fees.
Mumbai Indians Secure A Dominating Win
Mumbai Indians won the match with commanding dominance, this was possible due to Hayley Matthews half-century and Amelia Kerr’s five-wicket haul. Mumbai Indian is now on the second place in WPL Points table while UP Warriroz are on the last position with 4 points and on an equal with RCB.
