The Australian skipper Pat Cummins stunned everyone by taking a heroic catch to dismiss Keacy Carty on second day of Australia vs West Indies Test match at Grenada. In the ninth over of West Indies innings, Cummins bowled a sharp delivery that took an inside edge off Carty’s bat and even though it seemed to fall in no-man’s land, Cummins displayed highest level of athleticism and sprinted to take a diving catch.
Pat Cummins was brilliant as he took 2 wickets by giving away 46 runs as he bowled 16.0 overs with an incredible economy of 2.88.

The Aussies were off to a rocky start in the second innings as Jayden Seales struck early, he removed both the openers – Sam Konstas and Usman Khwaja in very quick succession. Cameron Green also struggled to find rhythm at no. 3 but he managed to hold the fort until stumps. With just 12 runs on board and two wickets already lost, Cameron Green and Nathan Lyon will face a tough task to stabilize Australia’s innings on Day 3.
Earlier, while bowling Nathan Lyon shined as Australia’s top bowler as he took three wickets. One of his most crucial dismissal was of Brandon King, who scored 75 off 108 deliveries.
