Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was attacked last Wednesday night at his residence and was left with multiple stab wounds. He was immediately taken to Lilavati Hospital for treatment. Fans are left shocked and concerned over the safety of the actor due to this incident.

A legal battle ensued after the death of the Nawab of Bhopal in 1960 over the royal property of the family. Shaharyar Khan and his brothers, who had migrated to Pakistan, claimed a share in the estate based on Sharia law, which recognized the elder son, Nawab Muhammad Sarwar Ali Khan, as the heir.
A Legal Victory For Saif’s Family
Sharmila Tagore, Saif’s mother, contested the claim in Indian courts. She argued that Shaharyar Khan’s mother, Abida Sultan (Mansoor Ali Khan’s aunt), had migrated to Pakistan after partition and forfeited her rights to property in India. After years of legal proceedings, the court ruled in 2019 that Sajida Sultan, Saif’s grandmother and Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi’s mother, was the rightful heir to the property. This verdict dismissed Shaharyar Khan’s claim and secured Saif’s family’s inheritance.
