Mumbai Indians (MI) star pacer Jasprit Bumrah has been suffering from back issues following which he has been at National Cricket Academy (NCA). One of the major concern for Mumbai Indians was his unavailability as MI has already lost first two matches in IPL 2025.
But here is a positive development as the pacer was seen bowling in the nets with full intensity and the hopes have arisen that he will be joining the MI camp very soon, seeing his current pace of recovery. The video of him bowling in nets has gone viral and the fans are now highly awaiting for his comeback.

Issuing an update of his recovery process, MI team head coach Mahela Jayawardene said Bumrah was working hard to stick to the rehabilitation program and making consistent strides. Even while the positive progress is being experienced, the medicos at the Centre of Excellence have not committed to a timeframe for his resumption of competitive cricket.
In the coming times, Bumrah’s role will be instrumental as India start their fresh World Test Championship (WTC) cycle in England on June 20. He is likely to be a key performer as India chase their first Test series victory in England since 2007.
