England head coach Brendon McCullum has stated that Jofra Archer is in the running to play in the Playing XI of England against India in the 3rd Test. The coach stated that the pacer appeared healthy and is good to go. McCullum stated that they would weigh their options before deciding on the XI and further stated that the fast bowlers have bowled in two back-to-back games, which might lead to the inclusion of a different one.
“He will certainly be available for selection, and if you look at it, our seamers have gone two Tests on the spin, and we have got a short turnaround before we head down to HQ. We’ll let the dust settle on this one, but Jofra is looking fit, he’s looking strong, he’s looking ready to go, and he’ll come into calculations,” Brendon McCullum said, as per The Guardian.
With England having asked for a pitch with "plenty of life in it", Jofra Archer is in contention to play the Lord's Test.

Jofra Archer Suggested To Come Back For Lord’s Test
Jofra Archer is slowly winding up to a highly anticipated test return, and it was rumored to happen against Team India at the Edgbaston Test in Birmingham.
