Brisbane Weather Forecast: Will Rain Gods Favour Team India Once Again At ‘The Gabba’ On December 17?

A look at what will be the weather report in Brisbane on December 17 during the IND vs AUS 3rd Test Day 3.

Rain has been a major saviour for the India national cricket team in the ongoing IND vs AUS 3rd Test being played at ‘The Gabba’ in Brisbane. Australia’s first innings was ended at 445 runs courtesy of brilliant hundreds from Travis Head and Steve Smith. Both players put up a stand of 241 runs from 302 balls for the fourth wicket, and took the whole momentum away from the visitors. However, despite all over dominance from Australia, rain has pretty much saved Rohit Sharma and Co. Most of the Day 1 was washed out whereas, rain interruptions kept on happening on Day 3 of the Brisbane Test match. What Is Brisbane’s Weather Report On December 17?

The weather report from Brisbane on December 17 isn’t much appealing as the morning session is expected to get washed out due to rain and there are 99 percent chances of thunderstorms. However, apart from the morning session being washed out, the weather forecast for the remaining day is pretty much better and are are no chances of rain. The conditions will be overcast and favourable for the bowlers.

The last time the Indian team played at ‘The Gabba’ they ended up registering an iconic three-wicket win under the leadership of Ajinkya Rahane. KL Rahul who has looked steady in the innings as of now will have to play the anchor role whereas Rohit Sharma will be wanting to achieve his much needed comeback knock and support Rahul.
