There, he pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography, a field that involves studying maps and using technology to understand geographic data. He completed his degree in 2015.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Srutanjay decided to further his education. In the same year, he enrolled in Ashoka University to pursue a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Work Experience
Srutanjay did not stop at his studies. He also gained practical experience by working in different roles. According to his LinkedIn profile, he worked as a marketing intern at Online Prasad, a company that deals with online services. Additionally, he co-founded Ayamara Events, a venture focused on organizing events. He also took on the role of project manager at the NASSCOM Foundation, where he worked on important projects that helped in the development of technology and business solutions.
The UPSC Journey
In 2018, Srutanjay decided to take the challenging UPSC exam to become an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer. He was determined to make a difference in society. However, his first attempt at the exam in 2018 did not go as planned, and he did not succeed. Despite this failure, Srutanjay did not lose hope. He was determined to try again and improve his preparation.
In 2019, he appeared for the UPSC exam once more. This time, his hard work and perseverance paid off. When the UPSC results were announced in 2020, Srutanjay had successfully secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) of 75. His success proved that hard work, determination, and the ability to learn from failure can lead to great achievements.
