Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour (maida)
- 3 tbsp of cornflour
- 2–3 green chilies
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 200g button mushrooms (halved or quartered)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 capsicum (sliced)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- Oil for frying
- Spring onion (for garnish)
Step By Step Guide
Get The Mushrooms Ready
First, wash the mushrooms thoroughly and pat them dry. Then coat the mushrooms with maida, salt, pepper, and cornflour.
Deep-Fry The Mushrooms
In the next stage, heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over a medium flame. Add the mushrooms and deep-fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them and set aside.
