Ingredients
- 1 cup Paneer
- 1 cup Sooji/Rava
- 1-2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Chopped onion
- Salt
- Oil
- Curry leaves
- chopped coriander
- 2 cups of Water
Step By Step Guide
Saute Sooji/Rava Until Aromatic
In the first stage, gently roast the rava/sooji until it turns aromatic and golden. Set aside and let it rest for a while.
Sizzle It With Spices
Following up the above steps, take a pan and heat ghee or oil in a medium flame. Add onions, green or red chilies, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Now, toss the onions until it turns golden brown and soft.
