- 1 kg chicken (cut into pieces)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2–3 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 4 tablespoons mustard or vegetable oil
- Pinch Of Salt
- Fresh coriander leaves
Step By Step Guide
Prepare The Chicken For Marination
At first, combine the ingredients like chicken pieces with red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and yogurt altogether. Make sure that they absorb all flavours and are coated well. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
Toss The Onions
