Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder
- 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- 1/2 tsp of carom seeds
- salt
- oil/ghee
- and 200 grams of cottage cheese.
Step By Step Guide
Make Batter
Mix the besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, carom seeds, and salt together and whisk until smooth.
Warm The Oil
Put oil in a pan and heat it. Then, slowly add the batter.
Dip Paneer Into The Batter
Dip each piece of paneer into the batter so that it is equally covered.
Fry The Pakodas
Gently drop the paneer that has been coated into the heated oil. Fry in small groups, turning them every so often, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serve
Take the pakodas out with a slotted spoon and let them drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
