5 Common itchen spices for Diabetes Diet

Fenugreek Seeds:

This spice is well-known for its ability to reduce blood sugar levels. The seeds are high in fibre, which digests slowly and gradually releases sugar into the bloodstream. It is a terrific addition to basic cooking recipes, and drinking methi dana water is a good method to ingest fenugreek seeds on a diabetes diet.

Cinnamon:

They boosts insulin sensitivity and lowers blood sugar levels. Cinnamon includes Cinnamaldehyde, which gives the spice its health benefits and scent. Cinnamon is thought to be an anti-diabetic agent that can help with high blood sugar levels.

Turmeric:
